Her Look

That was a different look. I thought. Normally she never look at my eyes during pray time. Even though that day was a Fast Day for her and even during the pray time she never looked at me. Ignoring the sense or meaning of the look I sat in the Cane chair just behind she sat in the floor and put down my head to Newspaper. While going through the sports column, from her chanting I understood that she is going to conclude her prayer. Within very few minutes she is going to announce that night meals is ready in her own style i.e tying her long hair though it is wet due to bath “is it time for food”. From the newspaper I raised my head and looked at her. That is the practice. Yes. I observed something different in her eye. It might be my over aspiration. I thought. Because she never took any initiation for bed activities. However, I noticed that something is there. Again I ignored and stood up for sitting in the meals chair for night meals. As usual Chappati served alongwith vegetable stew. I took one chappati and started eating. Daughter stood up from Computer table murmuring “Tally, not at all coming to head”. After washing her hand she sat and after put on TV to watch routine serial, she also started.

I felt something pressing on my foot. It was her foot. Not bothering to look on me, she is eating. Now it is pressing hardly on my foot. What happened to this lady? I can’t just understand. After finished my meals I gone to my PC. Something is going to take place, I told myself. After doing routine things I shut down the Computer and went to bed. Put off light and simply laid. As usual she and daughter started discussion about Saree and Churidars both of them have seen during the day. Immediately light went off from the other room and there was caressing in my chest. Yes, I was waiting for this, I thought. “See”…. I couldn’t even start, before that my under lip was inside her mouth. The rest is something can’t explain. One thing I noticed that she was very cheerful and fresh during next morning.
